2-year Legal Guarantee of Conformity

Under European law, all products sold in the European Union are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity at no extra cost. This legal guarantee allows you to request repair or replacement of the product if it has a conformity defect within 2 years of delivery.

The legal warranty covers:

• Non-conformities existing at the time of delivery of the product and which appear within two years of delivery.

• You may request repair or replacement of the product, at your discretion, within a reasonable period of time.

Commercial Warranty

In addition, the product also benefits from a commercial warranty that offers you additional advantages beyond the legal warranty, according to the specific conditions described in the commercial warranty contract.

The commercial warranty is offered in addition to the legal warranty, but it cannot in any way limit your rights under the legal warranty of conformity.
